Hivy selected for Y Combinator’s winter batch

Startup Hivy, a software platform for office management, is joining Y Combinator and will be a part of the accelerator’s winter batch this year.

The team is French but is now based in Menlo Park. Hivy was born in eFounders, the startup builder based in Brussels, making it the second eFounders startup to be accepted to YC, after Front. Hivy has built a platform to help employees, managers, and vendors better communicate and reduce operational costs.

Its clients include Typeform and Slack while the company has opened the Hivy Club in Paris and San Francisco, which are private directories of vendors at more affordable rates – part of the company’s aim to reduce users’ costs.
