German Dojo Madness is a "virtual coach" designed to help e-sports players improve their game. The startup has just raised $6 million from the US investor Raine and the Korean donor K Cube bringing the company's total investment to $12.75 million.
"The app shows League of Legends players how they can get enough gold in the first ten minutes," explains Jen Hilgers, the co-founder of Dojo Madness, as reported by Grunderszene. E-sports is a growing market, and could grow by up to 50 percent over the next three years.
Hilgers and his 50 employees plan to use the funding to expand their product line to new games, and possibly enter the US and Asian markets.
