French marketing SaaS company Azalead has acquired Swedish account-based marketing tech service provider Freya News. No terms were disclosed.
“Both of our companies share a common mission to transform B2B marketing. After successfully partnering over the last year, we are delighted to integrate Freya into Azalead,” said Nick Heys, CEO of Azalead in statement.
“With the growth of anonymous B2B buying committees, companies must re-define their marketing and sales strategies,” added Johan Sundstrand, CEO of Freya News.
Both companies provide marketing platforms for managing the B2B buying cycle and are particularly active in the manufacturing sector. Freya News will be integrated with Azalead’s European operations, focusing on the UK and Scandinavian markets.
Azalead has raised more than $7 million in venture capital funding.
