CRM software company NGDATA raises $19 million in Series C round

Belgian-based NGDATA, a CRM software company, has raised a Series C round of $19 million led by HPE Growth Capital with participation from Idinvest Partners, Pamica, SmartFin Capital, Capricorn Venture Partners, and Nausicaa Ventures.

Its product, Lily, is used by marketers in industries like telecoms, financial services, and hospitality to gather and analyse customer interaction data.

The company acquired US data consultancy Eccella in May to boost its presence in North America following its Series B funding round in January. This Series C funding will be used to continue this growth.

“For the past five years, NGDATA has been steadfast in helping marketers improve every touchpoint across the customer journey, and we’ve designed and continually improved Lily to deliver smarter, more informed customer experiences,” said CEO Luc Burgelman.

“This funding not only validates our success in achieving these goals, but it also supports our commitment to be the leading global customer data platform provider.”
