Dutch startup Impraise lands $10.6 million for its 'People Enablement Platform'

Impraise, an Amsterdam and New York-based startup that helps companies retain and engage talent by letting individuals take ownership of their performance and development, has raised $10.6 million in a round led by Keen Venture Partners and prior backer HenQ.

Impraise builds apps for the Web and mobile platforms to help organisations reimagine performance and development processes to increase productivity, engagement, and retention.

Since its founding in 2014, the Y Combinator alumnus has partnered with 200+ customers worldwide including CERN, DoorDash, and Skyscanner.
