Berlin-based multi-channel customer feedback analysis startup zenloop has raised $6 million in a funding round led by Nauta Capital, with participation from Piton Capital. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand internationally and double the number of people it employs.
The SaaS platform by zenloop allows businesses to monitor and respond to feedback in real-time, offering the customers to fill out surveys across every touchpoint in their journey. It also recommends optimal personalised retention actions based on machine learning algorithms.
Founded in 2016, zenloop is working with clients in different verticals, including e-commerce, consumer brands, travel, and omnichannel retail. The startup claims to have processed more than 7 million survey responses from customers.
