Berlin-based travel booking startup Tourlane raises $47 million

German travel startup Tourlane has landed $47 million in a funding round led by Sequoia and Spark Capital, with participation from DN Capital and HV Holtzbrinck Ventures. As it usually happens, the startup plans to use the funding to expand internationally, hire more people, and further develop its product.

Founded in 2016, Tourlane is a holistic platform for the multi-day tour booking. It offers the booking of flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers with real-time pricing and availability information. The startup, which employs more than 200 people, has raised a total of $81 million so far.
