Danish startup Dreamdata raises $4.4 million to help B2B companies understand their revenue

Danish startup Dreamdata has secured $4.4 million in a seed round led by InReach Ventures and Crowberry Capital. Seedcamp, Futuristic.vc and Preseed Ventures, who all participated in a pre-seed round one year ago, also joined in. By bringing together business data that’s usually siloed, the platform gives B2B companies more accurate and transparent insight into how they make their revenue, pointing out the pointless marketing activities.

“We’ve found that anything from 28 percent to 69 percent of the B2B ad spend is wasted on campaigns that never impact or lead to revenue,” said CEO Lars Grønnegaard. “The potential for improvements and growth is staggering.” The company claims its platform can improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI ‘by more than 50 percent’. Founded in 2018, the Copenhagen-based business serves midrange SaaS startups and publicly listed companies. The fresh funding will help accelerate product development.
