The roles involve working in close collaboration with other operations teams to drive high-quality client experiences by ensuring new and existing clients are onboarded and configured to trade accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding configuration of new clients trading equity products, cash, synthetics, and listed options. They will enable existing clients to trade new products and additional markets while maintaining effective relationships with key partners within Operations, Front Office, AML, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional with a passion for exceeding client service expectations. They will need to be well organized with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, and have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
