Property data solutions firm PriceHubble, has acquired UK's residential property data firm WhenFresh to strengthen its UK offering in performance data solutions for real estate and finance. This marks its second UK purchase, having acquired Dataloft in March 2023.
The Zurich-based firm delivers property valuations and market insights. It has been on a spending spree in recent years as the deal with WhenFresh sees its sixth M&A move to date.
WhenFresh supplies data solutions to mortgage lenders, insurers, financial institutions, the public sector and other big data users, opening up more doors for PriceHubble as it secures a further grasp of the UK market.
“This synergy enables us to seamlessly build unique performance data solutions, positioning ourselves exceptionally well to assume market leadership,” says Alexis Radjabi, Chief Sales Officer for Western Europe at PriceHubble.
When Fresh Ltd becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of PriceHubble UK under the leadership of Mark Cunningham, co-founder and Director of WhenFresh. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
“This acquisition will allow both companies to share their technology in order to amplify and accelerate the development of new products, opening up a tremendous opportunity to take our success in the UK to the international market as part of the PriceHubble Group,” says Alan Dean, WhenFresh co-founder and Technical Director, who moves to the position of Group Innovation Director at PriceHubble.
