Milan HRtech startup Talentware announced today that it has raised €800,000. Launched by 3 Bain alumni, Talentware has created an AI-powered SaaS platform to empower companies to engage, develop, and retain their talent using a skill-based approach.
By analysing employees' skills, interests, and work preferences, Talentware automatically charts potential career paths and identifies individual skill gaps to suggest personalised development opportunities to each employee.
Their goal is to transform static and manual talent processes through the power of AI and deliver continuous skills innovation to enable a future-ready workforce.
"Today, companies are overwhelmed by information but are blind to their greatest asset, their people. At Talentware, we want to provide companies with the right tool to support their strategic talent management processes," recalls co-founder Andrea Raimondo.
Lucrezia Lucotti, Partner at 360 Capital shared:
"We've noticed how medium and large companies, both in Italy and abroad, are deeply reconsidering how to internally manage and map talent in a rapidly changing work environment that is shifting towards new models of talent retention: this is where Talentware comes in. We are happy to support them on this journey!"
The proceeds from this fundraising round will help strengthen the team, hire strategic tech and sales personnel, and foster Talentware growth.
