Delivery management platform Scurri has acquired HelloDone, the UK-based GenAI provider for retailers and brands.
The acquisition will see the HelloDone team join Scurri to combine their knowledge of conversational interfaces to Scurri’s existing product and engineering capabilities. Scurri will also acquire all technology, trademarks, intellectual property and clients. This acquisition is being achieved via a restructuring by transfer arrangement.
In 2023, Scurri reported an increase in the total gross merchandising value (GMV) of goods processed through its platform, which totalled over €12B. It provides over 1,000 carrier services and 97% carrier coverage in the UK.
Scurri works with partners UPS, Royal Mail, An Post, HIVED, DHL, TNT, DPD, Yodel and Evri to integrate its technology into their delivery systems.
