Lithuanian GREÏ secures €650K to reduce operational inefficiencies in AI software

Lithuanian SaaS GREÏ has raised €650,000 in pre-seed funding to scale its AI-powered operational intelligence platform. The company aims to address a growing need in the manufacturing, logistics, and retail industries manage overwhelming amounts of operational data collected from large physical sites.

Large-scale operations often struggle with fragmented visibility despite the use of hardware like CCTV, alarms, and IoT sensors. The challenge isn’t the lack of data; it’s interpreting it in real time.

GREÏ’s solution is to layer artificial intelligence over existing infrastructure. By connecting to a facility’s current camera systems, its platform detects issues ranging from improperly sorted waste to safety protocol violations. It then sends targeted, actionable alerts to the relevant teams.

“Even with all the right hardware in place, companies often struggle to get a clear picture of their facility’s operational health,” said Giedrė Rajuncė, CEO and Co-Founder.

“Our platform combines these systems into one view and uses AI to highlight risks, delays, and failures as they happen. This helps teams respond quickly and reduce errors as well as make changes for better effectiveness.”

Currently piloting its system across manufacturing, logistics, and the retail sectors, GREÏ is preparing to onboard early customers and scale operations. The team plans to connect over 500 active cameras and officially launch the full platform in 2026. The startup is also gearing up for a seed round to fund international growth and further development of its modular AI architecture.

Rajuncė emphasised that the company is moving beyond proof-of-concept:

“This round gave us the push we needed to move from building to executing. Companies are under pressure to do more with fewer people, less time, and tighter budgets. We’re no longer just testing ideas, but seeing how they work in real situations and can make a real difference. Operational effectiveness and AI isn’t just about saving money anymore; it’s about making everyday operations safer, more predictable, and easier to manage.”

“We backed GREÏ because they’re solving a critical, overlooked gap in operational effectiveness and intelligence,” said Marijus Andrijauskas, Partner at FIRSTPICK. “The team combines deep industry expertise with real execution power. We’re excited to see them set a new standard for AI-enabled physical infrastructure across Europe.”
