Dutch IT holding company Enreach acquires Network Telecom, expanding into UK market

Dutch holding company Enreach announced the acquisition of Network Telecom, a UK telecommunications provider, in a move to strengthen its position in the European IT market.

Enreach, formerly known as Within Reach, is the parent company of several technology brands, such as Voiceworks, Swyx, ipnordic, and Centile, which aid in communication and workflow across organisations.

From its base in the Netherlands, Enreach has activities in 25 countries with more than 750 employees. “The acquisition of Network Telecom is our first significant step into the UK market,” said CEO Stijn Nijhuis.

Network Telecom provides various telecom solutions to over 2,000 small businesses across the UK. The company will continue to operate independently, with Paul Maxfield, its founder and Managing Director, and current management team staying on board.

Nijhuis continued, “The acquisition will extend our UK ecosystem, local expertise and resources, which will benefit our partners. Network Telecom currently delivers its business through the direct channel and the goal will be to create joint proposals for Enreach's channel business and partners based on both feedback from Network Telecom and our current UK partners. We are therefore very pleased to be able to add Network Telecom to our group."
