German fintech startup Fastbill secures funding to help small businesses with financial management

German startup Fastbill has raised a seven-digit investment from FinLab and Coparion. The company offers cloud-based financial management solutions for small businesses and the self-employed.

German startup Fastbill has raised a seven-digit investment from FinLab and Coparion.

Founded in 2011 by Christian Häfner and Rene Maudrich, Fastbill offers cloud-based financial management solutions such as invoicing for small businesses and the self-employed. The company currently employs 21 people.

"Now is the right time for us to take the next step and take even greater chances for our product in the market," said Maudrich, as reported by Deutsche Startups. The new capital will be used "to further strong growth and expansion of the financial platform."
