Paris-based customer relations startup Mindsay has landed $10 million in a funding round led by White Star Capital, with participation from previous investor Partech and two of the startup's clients, Groupe ADP and Accor. The company plans to grow its team from 40 to 120 over the next 18 months in the offices in Paris, Madrid, and the US.
Founded in 2016, Mindsay is a SaaS company that's developed a chatbot and voicebot platform that allows the automation of large-scale customer support operations. The startup says that the list of its clients now includes the “airline giant IAG (British Airways, Iberia, Vueling), airport operators Groupe ADP, rail operators across Europe including RATP, SNCF, Keolis, and Thalys, as well as a global leader in business travel, CWT, and the world leader in amusement parks, Disney.”
Mindsay has reported revenue growth of more than 300 percent year-on-year and monthly growth of the number of messages answered by its platform of 20 percent. The total amount of messages answered by Mindsay is about 12 million.
