Ifeelgoods, which is French-founded but now based in Palo Alto, previously had a partnership with MaCarteCadeau.com, whose services will now be integrated with Ifeelgoods to boost its growth in France and beyond. The acquisition comes just six months after Ifeelgoods raised $6 million.
“This acquisition will allow us to create new forms of large partnerships with the top players of our market; we will soon be able to announce major names joining our network,” said Dimitri Ducourtieux, Ifeelgoods VP for Europe.
MaCarteCadeau.com founder Olivier Guedj will now transition into a new role as development director at Ifeelgoods.
“The Ifeelgoods expertise within the B2B market will allow MaCarteCadeau.com to strengthen our foothold in the market,” he said, “which makes up 30% of our overall revenue today, mostly through incentive, loyalty, and employee recognition program.
After raising its latest round in the summer, Ifeelgoods began plotting its North American expansion and according to CEO Michael Amar, it’s currently generating 20% of its revenue from that market.
