French startup Easyrecrue, which has created a new solution for recruiting job candidates through video, has completed a €6 million funding round from d'Entrepreneur Venture, Elaia Partners and Bpifrance's Ambition Numérique fund. The funding was supplemented by a €2 million loan. This is the company's third round, after raising €500,000 initially, then €2.5 million two years ago, bringing its total raised to €11 million.
Founded in 2013, Easyrecrue now has about 50 employees in five European countries, and has developed a SaaS video solution to facilitate recruitment and optimize the pre-selection of candidates. In its portfolio, the company has major clients such as Air Liquide, Société Générale and SNCF.
"This new fundraising will enable us to maintain our leading position in the European market. The main challenges that will arise in the execution of our R & D program and our ability to scale our existing model," said Mickaël Cabrol, founder of Easyrecrue, as reported by Maddyness. This new capital injection could also give rise to new acquisitions, after acquiring its competitor Visio4people in 2016.
