OrangeGames takes over German video game publisher Plinga

Dutch video game developer OrangeGames has taken over the Berlin-based game company Plinga. OrangeGames now holds all the shares in the startup, which was previously backed by Rocket Internet. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Dutch video game developer OrangeGames has taken over the Berlin-based game company Plinga. OrangeGames now holds all the shares in the startup, which was previously backed by Rocket Internet. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

OrangeGames is a game developer and publisher, with several different brands including Spele.nl, Stratego, Governor of Poker, Yepi, Hellokids and Zigiz. Plinga, founded in 2009, helps game developers to publish, distribute, market, and optimize their online games.
