Rotterdam-based Freeday has raised €4 million in funding to build new partnerships and roll out in new markets. The round was led by VC firm henQ
The founders of RPA boutique Ciphix and digital strategy agency Numa launched the platform in October 2020. The company aims to rewrite how we work and interact, so that people can collaborate, solve complex problems, and focus on the rewarding part of work.
The platform offers a SaaS solution with a transactional model, flexible scaling, and without an upfront investment. This way, it can help businesses in hiring, training, and allowing new digital employees start within 2-4 weeks, with minimal to no impact on IT resources. The company claims its digital recruitment procedure is 50% cheaper than traditional hiring process.
Co-founder Marcus Groeneveld said: “We are thrilled to welcome henQ to our network of investors and partners. They have a proven track record in helping software companies with an international growth strategy.”
