Serbian digital innovation services firm Devtech has acquired multimedia agency Saturized. Over the course of its 15-year history, Saturized has produced omnichannel experiences for brands including Google, HBO, Coca-Cola, Toshiba, and 20th Century Fox. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Providing services to brands including Nokia, Telecom Italia, dogado, and Mimecast, Devetech reports revenue growth of over 60 percent year over year, alongside more than doubling new customer engagements during the same time period.
The addition of Saturized’s expertise in digital user experience, brand strategy, visual and motion design, and virtual and mixed reality is poised to only further bolster these numbers.
On the acquisition, Saturized founders Goran Bajazetov and Zoran Usancevic commented, “We are delighted that we are now part of Devtech, as we share the same passion and hunger for excellence and an inextricable alignment in our core values. Saturized’s expertise in delivering exceptional UX and design for some of the world’s leading brands, combined with Devtech’s proven expertise in digital innovation, enables us to help our clients digitally transform and scale with user experience at the center.”
