This week London-based e-commerce platform Threecolts, announced it has raised £75.4 million to date after closing a recent Series A funding round.
Crossbeam Venture Partners, General Global Capital, Stratos and CoVenture are all included on the investors roster since Threecolts was founded in 2021.
The Threecolts platform helps sellers compete on Amazon, Walmart and eBay sales platforms. As these platform’s sales tools essentially favour their own sales the addition of the Threecolts platform makes for a level playing field for brands and small businesses.
The platform has the inside track on Amazon as founder Yoda Yee is a former Amazon API partner lead of EMEA. With 22,000 customers using Threecolts’ in-depth analytics dashboards it claims sellers see a 15% increase in profit by making intelligent assortment decisions.
"Threecolts' impressive execution over the past year means that sellers can now access a one-stop shop solution for an increasing number of pain points, easing vendor fatigue and administrative loads. Yoda and team have provided returns that are realised in quick feedback loops for customers of all shapes and sizes, from large enterprises to up-and-coming businesses,” says Sakib Jamal, Senior Investment Associate at Crossbeam Venture Partners.
In the past year Threecolts has grown it’s team to 150 employees based in 31 countries. It claims to have experienced 6x revenue growth year over year since birth.
The company has made 14 acquisitions the last couple of years, the most recent being DimeTyd, a fully automated solution for Amazon vendors that seamlessly recoups unwarranted deductions - DimeTyd services are available globally for Amazon 1P marketplaces.
