Today product analytics platform for large language model (LLM) applications announced a successful $3.5 million funding round. 

Chatbots and other natural language products are increasingly integral to customer engagement. provides analytics into how users are engaging with LLM-powered products and how those products are performing.

Using, businesses can view deep conversation analysis spanning frequent conversation topics, conversation sentiment and user feedback ratings, risky and competitor topic detection, and user engagement metrics. 

They can also view all conversation transcripts, tag and track specific topics, and search within their transcripts.

The funding round was co-led by GV (Google Ventures) and Tomasz Tunguz at Theory Ventures.

This investment will allow to continue scaling their engineering team so they can better provide the tools and the confidence companies need to adopt AI in an enterprise setting.
