Context.ai secures $3.5M funding to improve user experience in LLM powered products

Today product analytics platform for large language model (LLM) applications announced a successful $3.5 million funding round.

Chatbots and other natural language products are increasingly integral to customer engagement.

Context.ai provides analytics into how users are engaging with LLM-powered products and how those products are performing.

According to Context.ai co-founder and CEO Henry Scott-Green:

“It’s hard to build a great product without understanding users and their needs.

Context.ai helps companies understand user behaviour and measure product performance, bringing crucial user understanding to developers of LLM-powered products.”

Using Context.ai, businesses can view deep conversation analysis spanning frequent conversation topics, conversation sentiment and user feedback ratings, risky and competitor topic detection, and user engagement metrics.

They can also view all conversation transcripts, tag and track specific topics, and search within their transcripts.

The funding round was co-led by GV (Google Ventures) and Tomasz Tunguz at Theory Ventures.

“Context.ai solves a problem I’ve seen repeatedly — businesses developing AI products without a clear sense of who is using them and why.

It’s challenging to iterate towards product-market fit without understanding who your users are and why they’re using your product. That’s what Context provides,” said Tunguz.

This investment will allow Context.ai to continue scaling their engineering team so they can better provide the tools and the confidence companies need to adopt AI in an enterprise setting.
