German climatetech startup Purpose Green has raised a €3.3 million funding round to expand its presence in the German market, further develop its offering and add more ESG, climate and building expertise to its team.

With a focus on decarbonising the building sector, Purpose Green’s solution brings speed and clarity to energy-related construction and renovation projects by creating a digital 3D twin of properties to give owners a complete overview of energy statuses before renovations and retrofitting.

The funding was secured from Speedinvest and Atlantic Labs

"We provide them with the best possible data overview and support them in the planning, implementation and handling of all relevant energy-related construction and renovation measures. Financing on this scale, and in such a short period of time in the current market environment, confirms that we have created an offering that meets immense demand and contributes to solving current problems in the European construction industry,” says Lucas Christel, co-founder and Managing Director of Operations at Purpose Green.

“We can't wait to see how they will contribute to the European real estate sector becoming climate-neutral with their one-stop shop for energy transformations of buildings,” adds Lukas Erbguth, Principal at Atlantic Labs.
