According to the Tech.eu database, European tech companies raised €5 billion over the course of July 2024 in some 340 deals.
This figure represents a decrease of around 17 per cent compared to the previous month (in June European tech companies collected €6 billion). The ten biggest deals in July collected together more than a half of the total amount collected this month.
