Enterprise AI company Prevalent AI has secured a $22 million growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners (IGP), marking the first primary capital raised by the company since its founding nine years ago.
Founded in 2017 by Paul Stokes and Arun Raj, Prevalent AI develops an AI-powered data platform designed to connect and contextualise data across enterprise systems.
Prevalent AI's technology brings together data from hundreds of enterprise sources into a continuously updated sovereign knowledge graph. The platform provides a common layer of context across an organisation, mapping what data and systems exist, how they relate to each other and where operational gaps may remain.
The company initially focused on cybersecurity, where organisations often need to make decisions using information distributed across multiple systems, controls, identities and data sources. Prevalent AI is now looking to apply the same approach to other enterprise functions as companies increasingly deploy AI systems and agents that depend on connected and reliable data.
According to co-founder and CEO Paul Stokes, the challenge for large enterprises is not a lack of tools or data, but the ability to connect that information and provide sufficient context. He said Prevalent AI initially focused on cybersecurity, where fragmented data can create operational risks.
As organisations adopt AI agents and other automated systems, Prevalent AI is positioning its knowledge graph as a source of enterprise context that can help these systems interpret relationships between data and support decision-making across different functions.
The new investment will support Prevalent AI's sales, marketing, customer success and partnership operations, while accelerating its expansion in the US. The company also plans to extend its knowledge graph technology into broader risk and enterprise applications and strengthen its leadership team.
