Lithuanian AI startup Guideless raises €1M to streamline software training

AI-powered software training and operational knowledge platform Guideless has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding to further develop its technology and expand internationally. The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors Thomas Plantenga (Group CEO of Vinted), Vytautas Atkočaitis (CEO of Vinted Go), and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.

Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless is developing a platform that uses AI to automate the creation and maintenance of software training and workflow documentation. The company soft-launched its product in late 2025 and was incorporated in June 2026.

Guideless is targeting the time and resources companies spend creating and updating software training materials as teams, tools and workflows change. Outdated documentation can also lead employees to rely on colleagues or support teams for information.

The platform captures workflows as users perform them within business software and uses AI to turn individual steps into structured training materials, including visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts and narration. The content can then be edited, branded, shared or exported.

We designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change,

said Evaldas Bieliūnas, CEO and co-founder of Guideless.

Because workflows are captured step by step rather than as fixed recordings, tutorials can be easily updated, adapted and translated. The platform supports text-to-speech in more than 40 languages and, according to Guideless, can reduce the time needed to create and update training documentation by up to ten times.

Beyond training materials, Guideless plans to use this structured workflow data as an evolving source of operational knowledge, providing AI agents with up-to-date, company-specific context about how work is carried out.

Guideless currently has more than 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets. Its technology is used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association, alongside hundreds of other organisations.

The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, grow the team and support Guideless' planned expansion into the UK, wider European and US markets.
