Stockholm-based creator marketing platform Fluencify has raised an oversubscribed $4.3 million pre-seed round led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures. As part of the investment, Magnus Hambleton of byFounders will join Fluencify’s board.
Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin and Sam Stones Hälleberg, Fluencify runs creator marketing campaigns for businesses, using AI agents to support creator discovery and matching, automated outreach and reply handling, campaign briefing, content scheduling, paid boosting and cross-border creator payments in more than 85 countries.
The platform is built around an ambassador model, under which creators work with brands on a recurring basis rather than through one-off paid posts. Fluencify says it has more than 13,000 active creators on its platform, working with brands with a combined market capitalisation of $30 billion. It focuses on consumer and prosumer software companies, including AI and productivity tools, education applications and consumer apps.
Creator marketing is typically managed through influencer and user-generated-content agencies, creator marketplaces, campaign software or in-house teams. Fluencify combines campaign management with automated workflows, aiming to reduce the administrative work involved in finding creators, coordinating replies, preparing briefs, producing content and processing international payments.
Erik Romdhane, CEO and co-founder of Fluencify, said that his experience as both a creator and an agency operator showed him that campaign management often involves more operational work than creative work, including identifying suitable creators, managing communication, preparing briefs and handling cross-border payments.
We wanted to build a system so a brand can describe the outcome it wants and get the campaign run end to end, without all the legwork,
Romdhane said.
According to an Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report cited by the company, consumers are more likely to trust information about a brand from people who regularly use it than from the brand’s CEO. The report also found that consumers place greater weight on what other consumers say about a brand than on the brand’s own messaging before making a purchase.
Fluencify will use the funding to hire engineers in Stockholm, open a New York office, and expand its US sales operations, grow its creator network and further develop its product for existing clients.
