Israel-founded, Palo Alto-based professional website builder for digital agencies and SaaS companies, Duda, has raised $50 million in a Series D round led by Claridge IL and existing investors Susquehanna Growth Equity and Vintage Investment Partners. This is Duda’s largest raise to date and now brings their total capital to $100 million. As part of the deal, Claridge IL’s Rami Hadar will join the board at Duda. Founded in 2009 by Amir Glatt and Itai Sadan, Duda is a website development platform specifically catering to web devs the build for small business customers. The company points to agencies and freelancers usage, as it allows for easier collaboration with clients. Duda also offers SaaS platforms scaling opportunities through the integration of its white-label website builder into their offering. The firm offers a set of APIs that can be utilised to create thousands of sites that are automatically prepopulated with their customers’ content. One million sites have been published on the white-label Duda platform by over 17,000 developers. “This is an exciting time for Duda.
