Founded in 1991, Euronext Centevo specialises in asset and fund management solutions and serves over 65 of the largest asset and fund managers and banks in the Nordics. 45 employees operate out of their offices in Stockholm and Oslo, and reported sales of €5.5 million in 2020.
Centevo was part of Euronext’s acquisition of Oslo Børs back in 2019, and according to the company, the sale is in line with company goals to divest non-core businesses.
Seeking a market entry into the Nordics, Profile Software will gain Euronext Centevo’s tech, including their API connection gateways to existing financial customers as well as long established working relationships.
“The financial services market in the Nordics has always been a strategic priority of ours due to its long tradition in the areas of asset and fund management. Today, we are integrating with a leading company in the Nordics that has a loyal client base,” comments Profile’s CEO Evangelos Angelides.
