Parisian mobile games published Voodoo has acquired Tel Aviv-based cross-channel marketing automation platform Bidshake. Bidshake will remain an independent entity and operate independently, while the financials of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2019 and launched in 2020, Bidshake provides a one-stop marketing automation solution for games publishers to acquire users and ultimately monetise. The firm combines data aggregation and analytics with campaign and creative management and provides marketers with real-time data to drive the decision-making process.

The two firms have a standing relationship and the acquisition merely formalises things.

We couldn’t be more excited about our further integration that will address the growth needs of the mobile games and app ecosystem,” concludes Voodoo CEO Alexandre Yazdi.
