Zurich-founded logistics digitisation startup Nexiot has raised €13 million in a Series B funding round from a group of investors including the venture arm of Credit Suisse and Mobiliar Versicherungen, a Swiss insurance company.

Nexiot, a spin-off company from ETH Zurich founded in 2015, is building a hardware and software solution for the logistics industry that consists of a range of smart sensors, cloud infrastructure, and the connectivity platform that faces the end user.

The startup currently has offices in Hamburg, Germany, and Dallas, USA, and plans to use the fresh funding to hire more people and kickstart international sales.
