Come for the European tech news, stay for the insights: Upgrading our website and visual identity

Welcome to the new Tech.eu, same as the old Tech.eu but hopefully much, much easier on the eyes :)

As I hope you'll notice, we have given our website and visual identity much-needed make-overs. Launching them is only one of the steps that we're currently taking to better reflect who we are and what we would like to do for and with you in the future.

Further updates on our plans later, but for now, please enjoy our updated logo and overall visual identity, and of course poke around our fresh website and newsletter(s).

Like the headline suggests, we know full well that our audience often gets acquainted with Tech.eu first and foremost through our obsessive news coverage of all things European tech, but we've also built a solid reputation over the years for our consistent delivery of valuable insights as well, through market intelligence reports, events, interviews and more.

With our new website and visual identity, we want to make clearer what Tech.eu stands for, to improve the user experience in terms of navigation, usability, search and more, respond to our partners' needs more efficiently, but also to give you a glimpse of what is yet to come.

When we launched Tech.eu nearly eight years ago, even we underestimated how much growth and maturation was still in store for the European tech innovation ecosystem(s). Probably more than the Tech.eu community proper, we strongly felt the need for an upgraded design to continue on our growth path alongside it.

We've been fortunate enough to work with the excellent people from Alicorn, a full-service digital agency based in Montenegro, and we are rather pleased with the results. :)

We have also developed a number of things at the back-end to better serve our audience and partners, upgraded our hosting environment and ad serving system, among other changes that may not be visible to you but will surely make for a much smoother experience all around.

Of course, because this upgrade was made primarily for you, we can't wait to hear what you think about the revamp. Please let us know your honest feedback via the contact form, or on our social media accounts (Twitter - Facebook - LinkedIn).

To repeat, we have many more updates to share about our future plans - stay tuned!
