    I’ve known about and used TeamViewer for years. It is my go to remote access app and I install it on my friend;s and family’s computers so I can trouble shoot without the commute (hey, there’s a catchy phrase for the TeamViewer marketing department).

    Even for the novice, it is easy to use.
