One year after launch, Harvestr snags $650,000 to grow product management tool from Paris

Harvestr, the French developer of product management solutions, has raised a $650,000 funding round led by investment bank BPI France. 360Learning co-founders Nicolas Hernandez and Guillaume Alary, Station F Director Roxanne Varza and other strategic business angels also participated in the round. "All companies want to be customer-centric but few ones have a product organization and culture that have truly reached that state. Product teams still rely too much on unadapted tools like spreadsheets and task tracking systems. These tools do not help them properly understand and prioritize customer problems, which ultimately creates product churn,” explained CEO Valentin Huang. The Paris-based startup wants to make all companies customer-centric  — “for real.” The Harvestr platform helps product managers use customer feedback and data to build the best products, enriched by integrations with popular CRM tools, such as Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce. The company officially launched just one year ago, after joining the Zendesk Startup program in Station F, the world’s biggest startup incubator, located in Harvestr’s hometown. The business now has customers all over Europe, the US, Canada, and Brazil. The first funding round will help grow the product team and accelerate go-to-market efforts abroad.
