Epsilon, a Singapore-based connectivity service provider, has acquired 7D Digital, a UK company that develops and designs software. The deal is meant to strengthen Infiny, Epsilon’s customer engagement platform from which users can manage other network services offered by the company.
The global provider and 7D Digital have been working together on the product’s development since 2017. So the acquisition brings the startup’s DevOps and software skills in house, where they can commit fully and exclusively to the development of Infiny.
Founded in 2015, 7D Digital has developed and designed software platforms, mobile apps and applications for networking and communications, pharmaceuticals, travel, social media and IoT devices. The Essex-based company will be integrated into Epsilon’s information systems team in London and work with Epsilon’s service and operations hubs in Singapore and Sofia.
