Focusing on automating a number of recruitment tasks, specifically in the SME sector, Cologne’s Catch has secured a seven-figure investment. According to a statement released by the company, the capital is aimed at expanding the company’s SaaS recruitment software offering, Catch Talents.

Offering recruiters fully automated applicant search, selection, and management tools, the service is designed to reach “up to five times more applicants with 70 percent less time.”

In addition to supporting recruiters looking to fill an open position, Catch also offers a passive searching feature that scans a variety of job boards, social media channels, and search engines, identifying potential talent.

Catch is certainly not alone in the automated recruitment field, with names Muzzo and Circular immediately springing to mind.

While the exact figure remains undisclosed, Catch’s funding round was led by TechVision Fund (TVF), with NRW.BANK and PRECIRE co-founder Christian Greb participating.
