Irish cloud and security service provider Ekco has acquired IT services company Radius Technologies. No financial details of the deal have been disclosed.
The Radius takeover is the third acquisition by Ekco in the past eighteen months. Sitting firmly in the SMB IT sector Ekco brings its total number of staff to more than 650 following the latest deal across its offices in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands

“Radius now gives us an additional regional presence with their head office in Waterford and a Cork office. For the Radius customer base we can introduce our extensive cyber security services through our 24/7 manned security operations centre in Citywest Dublin. We are very excited that Radius is now a part of Ekco’s growth ambitions as a leading MSP,” he said as he spoke to Radius staff on an introduction day recently.
