Serial founders raise €1.25M to streamline contract management

The former founders of HRtech Prescreen have raised €1.25M for contract management software provider fynk. fynk allows users to create, check, draw up and analyse large numbers of contracts. According to Deloitte Consulting, companies worldwide are missing out on two trillion US dollars in additional added value due to poor contract management and outdated processes.

The global market for contract management software was worth $2.75B in 2023 and is forecasted to reach a size of $9.23B in 2032 with an average annual growth rate of 14.4 per cent. Growth is being driven by the increasing need for more efficient contract processes and better risk management, as well as changes to legal requirements.

Added to this is the integration of AI technologies in contract management software, enabling new application scenarios in the analysis and tracking of contractual agreements.
