Paris-based Fabriq raises €22M to digitise factory floor operations and expand globally

French industrialtech scaleup Fabriq has raised €22 million in growth capital to expand its operations and client base internationally.

The round was led by UK-based Expedition Capital, with continued participation from existing investor OSS Ventures.

Fabriq’s platform offers real-time tracking of performance indicators such as accidents, defects, and lead times, while digitising field routines, daily meetings, checklists, and collaborative problem-solving.

The system is used across hierarchical levels and is being deployed by manufacturers in sectors including automotive, aerospace, food processing, luxury goods, and pharmaceuticals.

Fabriq sees a significant opportunity in international markets, estimating around 85,000 addressable sites across France, Europe (including DACH and Northern Europe), and the U.S., which it values at €5 billion. With 40 percent of its current customer base already international, the company plans to expand operations further in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United States.

“Over the last 30 years, the industrial sector has invested heavily in machines and automation, often overlooking team performance and engagement,” said Octave Lapeyronie, co-founder of Fabriq.

“Fabriq puts people back at the heart of the shop floor. We provide them with the visibility and agility they need to pursue operational excellence by improving both business metrics (output rate, quality, lead time, etc.) and human indicators (autonomy, time savings, culture of continuous improvement).”

“Manufacturers need concrete proof of the value provided by digital solutions,” said François Déchelette, co-founder of Fabriq. “They’re looking for simple solutions that can scale quickly and deliver tangible impact. Fortunately, Fabriq is a solution that’s easy to deploy and delivers a fast, measurable ROI, typically 5 to 10x in the first year.”

Fabriq also plans to introduce AI-driven features designed to improve knowledge sharing and accelerate frontline decision-making.
