Digital fund operations platform Fundcraft secures €12M growth financing

European digital fund operations provider Fundcraft has secured €12 million in strategic growth financing to expand its operations across Europe and further develop its technology for alternative investment funds. The round was co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC) and CCAP Investments (CCAP), with participation from existing investors 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture Capital. The financing brings Fundcraft's total capital secured since its founding to €40 million.

Fundcraft provides digital infrastructure and operational services for alternative investment funds, combining fund administration with workflow automation and AI. Its platform covers investor, fund and portfolio operations and is designed to reduce manual processes associated with increasingly complex fund structures and regulatory requirements.

The company is targeting an alternative investment fund sector that continues to rely heavily on manual processes and fragmented operating systems.

Fundcraft currently supports nearly 300 funds and says it signed as many new clients in the first half of 2026 as in the whole of 2025. The company has also expanded its operations in France and supports fund structures across Luxembourg, France, the US and Spain.

Julien De Mayer, co-founder and CEO of Fundcraft, said the financing would support the company's expansion as it works with institutional clients with increasingly complex requirements across Europe.

Our approach is to start addressing the needs and complexities of the Buyout asset manager and implement our proven operating model organically across jurisdictions without stitching together disconnected platforms or service models,

De Mayer said.

The financing will be used to expand Fundcraft's presence in its existing European markets and enter additional jurisdictions, while strengthening its capabilities for institutional private equity buyout strategies. The company also plans to expand its use of AI across investor, fund and portfolio operations, building on automated and AI-enabled workflows already deployed across selected processes.
