Italian startup Talent Garden raises €12 million to expand co-working business

Talent Garden, an Italian coworking space company, raised €12 million in equity funding. Backers included 500 Startups, Endeavor Catalyst, Tamburi Investment Partners (TIP), Italian family offices as well as other strategic investors.

Italian co-working space company Talent Garden announced a €12 million round with backers including 500 Startups, Endeavor Catalyst, Tamburi Investment Partners (TIP), Italian family offices, and other strategic investors.

The Brescia-based company says it intends to use the funds to continue to open new co-working spaces, expand its franchising network and its service offerings, as well as hire new people.

The company operates a network of 17 co-working spaces across five countries in Europe, which host more than 1,500 digital freelance, startup, SME and corporate professionals.The company says it expects to close 2015 with a turnover of €5 million with a 300% YoY growth rate.
