UK-based business intelligence startup AVORA has landed $6.5 million in a funding round led by Albion VC and Crane, with participation from existing investors. The company plans to use the capital to develop an app marketplace to allow customers and third-party vendors to build solutions on top of its platform.

AVORA’s analytics product gathers data from all kinds of sources across an enterprise and provides customers with a dashboard and smart alerts, showing anomalies in the data. After that, the system uses AI algorithms to surface the most probable root causes of the detected anomalies.
