The #EUCrowdShow, the first European crowdsourced roadshow for entrepreneurship and crowdfunding, has hit the road.
The tour, run by equity crowdfunding platform MyMicroInvest and the European Startup Network with support from Brussels Airlines, is a pan-European trek visiting 29 countries. Several cities are already in the bag but there are still some major stops left including Paris, London, Stockholm and Berlin before wrapping up in Brussels on November 14.
Each stop for #EUCrowdShow is an opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors to connect and plot out the future of the entrepreneurship and crowdfunding space in Europe.
Events in each city will be led by José Zurstrassen, the chairman of MyMicroInvest, and Stefaan Mouradian and Steven Boelens, the cofounders of online jewellery brand BAUNAT, which was the first scale-up to run a European crowdfunding campaign on MyMicroInvest. They’ll be sharing their experiences and challenges in financing their business for growth.
“This roadshow is a unique opportunity to pull together and crowdsource information,” said Zurstrassen. The #EUCrowdShow will give budding entrepreneurs the advice and support they need to grow.
Talks in each city will focus on raising money for your company, how to raise equity around the continent, the path to becoming a European unicorn and where your growth should take you next.
