Swedish-American fleet logistics and management company Automile has raised $7.5 million in a round led by SaaStr. Salesforce Ventures, Niklas Zennstrom, Dawn Capital and Point Nine Capital also participated.

Based out of Stockholm and Palo Alto, Automile's technology tracks mileage, trips and provides route tracking. The device is delivered for free to customers in the form of a small box that is installed underneath the car's dashboard.

Samsung and Nestlé are two of Automile's 6,000 customers, although many of its customers are in the plumbing, cleaning, oil, farming and concrete industries.

The company intends to use the investment to catalyze its expansion into Europe and build out its engineering team in Palo Alto. The firm also plans to increase its revenue from $800,000 to $3 million.

CEO Jens Nylander told Startup Anchor, “Everything that moves around in the market around our cities is what we do."
