German vr-on, a virtual reality startup for professionals, has received €1.3 million in funding from BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Vito Ventures and private investors Andreas Perreiter and Carsten Erdt.
Vr-on's virtual reality platform, Stage, allows professionals to collaborate and review designs and physical layouts, provide training to employees and customers, and conduct market research.
"The entry of experienced institutional and entrepreneurial investors will allow us to market our technology internationally," said co-founder Mathias Wochnig, as reported by Deutsche Startups. The startup will "significantly accelerate product development," with the new capital, he said.
