Dutch property tech startup Skepp has raised €2 million for its online search platform for office spaces. The names of the investors have not been disclosed.
The property tech startup (or proptech) connects landlords with tenants. It has launched in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany with a thousand companies using its “officeplanner” platform to search for available office space. The new funds will be invested in further development of the platform.
With this round of funding, the company “put its clear vision into practice, namely the optimal integration of online and offline business operations,” it said in a statement. “This will be achieved through the linking of online data with offline experiences.”
Skepp currently employs 25 employees and will be focusing on the Dutch, Belgian, and German markets.
