Aarhus-based real-time log analysis startup Humio has raised $9 million in a funding round led by Accel. The company claims to have seen 13-fold revenue growth in 2018 and lists companies including Bloomberg, Microsoft, Netlify, Lunar Way, SpareBank 1, On the Dot, and Logibec.
Founded in 2016, Humio currently has offices in Aarhus, London, and San Francisco. Its analytics platform ingests huge logs of enterprise customers — sometimes terabytes per day — and provides users with meaningful insights and metrics derived from this data in real time.
"As companies adopt complex computing environments, the struggle of gaining live insights based on real-time data is a massive challenge. Our platform is purpose-built for today's modern environments. We are thrilled with the vast user enthusiasm received, rapid customer adoption, and deployment in many Fortune 500s, all of which contributed to our annual revenue increasing by over 13x this past year," said Geeta Schmidt, CEO of Humio.
