Israeli B2B startup Zoomin snaps up $21 million to help companies optimise their product support content

Zoomin Software, an Israeli-born startup that helps companies organise and optimise their product support content, has raised $21 million to support new business growth, which is on pace to quadruple this year. The round, which was led by investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures and Viola Growth, will allow Zoomin to scale operations throughout the US and EMEA.  Technical product content accounts for about 70 percent of enterprise user web traffic, but enterprises provide the information in siloes and their customers can’t easily find it, says the Tel Aviv startup. Zoomin’s AI-driven software is all about improving this part of the customer experience. Self-dubbed a “knowledge orchestration platform”, the B2B software company got started in 2015 and has since opened a headquarters in New York City.
