London-based management reporting software for the real estate sector fu3e. has landed with £3.5 million investment from Gresham House Ventures. The funding will accelerate product development, marketing and sales growth for the company.
The proptech startup digitises day-to-day management reporting capabilities, improving business and risk management for the entire real estate sector.
Gavin Gleave, CEO of fu3e. said: “The funding comes at a pivotal time for an industry that is increasingly moving towards digitisation and rethinking and adapting the way employees work. Now, professionals are embedding technology into their decision-making, redefining skills, talent processes and practices to help them prepare for the future.”
James Hendry, associate director of Gresham House Ventures added: “The global real estate industry is undergoing a period of significant digital transformation and we believe that fu3e. is well placed to transform existing management reporting processes which are often time consuming, inconsistent and fragmented across a variety of applications. The platform unifies the process providing a clear ROI benefit to customers and this has been demonstrated by its strong growth.”
